Return & Exchange Policy

At HD$ we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations
  • Be returned in original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors
  • Defective or damaged items

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel (if applicable)
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or card provider first
