Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We offer domestic shipping across the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.
International Shipping

If international shipping is available:

- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Lost or Stolen Packages

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and item
- A brief description of the issue
